World of Warcraft Tips & Secrets

More WoW Than You Can Handle

Look!

I used to be a really big fan of Zygor’s Leveling Guides. And while I still think that they’re a great deal, and a lot of fun to use. I’ve recently tried out another in game leveling guide, and would recommend it over any others.

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been away from the game, and this blog for a while, and this guide actually got me back! Its a lot of fun to use, and you can start using it at any level, which I really liked.

So I went looking in my collection of alts, and came across a level 8 Orc Warrior. Perfect. I went to the Ultimate Leveling Guide page, and downloaded the guide. Installation is the same as any addon. So if you can install addons you can install this guide. If not, see Installing Addons.

After a few minutes of watching the how to guide I booted up World of Warcraft and went to my warrior, who was standing around the inn at Razor Hill.

If you’re not starting a brand new level 1 character, you’ll need to open the guide inside the game by right clicking on it, and then select your level range, and area. I was level 1-20 The Barrens.

Next I simply clicked the box to the left of all the quests that I had completed. Sounds harder than it is, and even if you mess it up like I did, it’s not that big of a deal. I used my quest log and the guide to “decide” which ones I wanted to start with and which one I didn’t wanna run all the way back to do!

It was a little strange starting off in the middle of the guide, but after a few quests were under my belt things really started to flow, and the guide was on a roll. It makes questing really easy and a lot of fun.

And for me to say questing is fun…that’s weird. I hate questing!

I picked up quests that I never knew existed, and the routing was very quick and efficient. My hat is off to the guys who put this guide together, they did a really good job at being fast!

What I liked:
-Efficient Quest Routes
-Can Be Started At Any Level
-Easy Download/Installation
-Arrow Pointing to Destination Can be Moved
-New Quests I hadn’t done before!
-Videos Tutorials

What I didn’t like:
-To get started, I had to select quests I had completed, and I don’t pay attention to the names, so I was a little unclear about what I had and hadn’t completed…but once that was done, it was a breeze.
-It has a button that shows your grid location. At first it was kind of annoying to me, but I grabbed it, and moved it some where else, and now I don’t notice it as much. It’s default location was under the mini map, I recommend moving it to the top left side of the mini map, it’s a little more out of the way there. Not a big deal, I just didn’t like it there. Thankfully I could move it though.

Some Other Points to Mention:
-Is Available for Horde or Alliance
-With The Ultimate WoW Guide, you can learn Gold Secrets, Profession Guides, Details on Talent Trees, and MUCH MUCH more.

WoW Schools – Reaching Gold Cap in 7 Steps?

Have you heard about Wow Schools testifying that it can reveal how to reach gold cap in just 7 easy steps?!  We’re talking about 214,748 gold and some change here.  Well I’ve tested their guide and it’s not only possible, but I have personally used these exact techniques to hit gold cap on 2 characters, donated 100,000 gold to my guide and gave away about 50,000 to guildies.

I want to make sure I let everyone know, not just that this guide works, but share a little about what is  inside the WoW Schools guide.

>Click Here to Get Wow Schools Now<

Wow Schools started in 2004 as a private forum between professional gamers.  Just recently they put together their 7 steps to hitting gold cap and allowed the public to take a look.  Never again will you need to buy gold or wait to buy an item you really want.  After using these techniques you’ll have more gold than you need.

Here’s what’s inside WoW Schools:

Lesson #1 – Intro

In the introduction you’ll learn how to take advantage of all available possibilities online to make gold.  Each lesson after wards will build on these techniques to get your to gold cap as fast as possible.

Lesson #2 – Addons

Lesson 2 is all about how to leverage addons to do all the work for you.  You’ll be shown not just which addons to use, but exactly how to use them to make large sums of gold.

Lesson #3 – Auction Alt

In this lesson you’ll learn everything you need to know about setting up a character that’s dedicated to monetizing the auction house and streamlining your gold making.  You’ll discover not only why it’s important, but some really interesting tips on setting it up as well.

Lesson #4 – Zero to 100 Gold in an hour

I liked this lesson a lot.  It’s great for making some fast gold, and it’s really easy to do.  If you’re brand new to the game this section is perfect for getting your gold going fast.  In just an hour you can make 100 gold and be on your way to making 1,000 in the next lesson.

Lesson #5 -  100 to 1,000 gold fast

Lesson 5 will reveal some neat tricks to using Addons to make your way from 100 to 1,000 gold fast.  This is where a lot of players get stuck, and it’s really easy using these techniques.  You get every step in plain detail.

Lesson #6 – Reaching 20,000 gold

This is where Wow Schools starts digging deep into their big bag of tricks for some of their really profitable techniques to make huge sums of gold.  There’s even a way to make 20,000 gold with just 20 minutes per day.

Lesson #7 – Gold Cap

For the experienced player, and gold connoisseur this is the lesson that will really take you to the next level.  To the point where you hit gold cap.  After this lesson you’ll have everything you need to reach gold cap on not just one, but several toons.  I’ve capped 2 characters so far using these techniques!

Bonus Material

Not only do you get these 7 in depth training sessions, but you also receive 3 other gold guides:
-Making Gold with Professions
-Farming Gold
-Questing for Gold

Plus guides on power leveling each profession, as well as
-Eternal Farming Guide
-Epic Mount Guide
-Power Leveling Guide

Visit WoW Schools’ Official Page Now

In all, there are 19 bonus guides.  While I find all of these guides to go above and beyond what most gold guides provide, this wouldn’t be an honest review if I didn’t tell you what I didn’t like.  I found this guide too heavily focused on one form of making gold, using the auction house.  While this is definitely the easiest way to make gold, I realize not everyone likes using the auction house, even when they know how easy it is.

For advanced players, WoW Schools is perfect.  If you have just a few hundred or a few thousand gold, you will quickly discover what you need to do to get yourself to that next level.  For new players, you will find this guide to be more than you will ever need when it comes to making gold.  If you just do the simple steps in the 20 minutes a day play you will always have more than enough gold to buy whatever you want in this game.

The most important part to remember if you get a gold guide is that not guide will make you any gold if you don’t follow the steps.  Simply taking action is all it takes.  Using these 7 simple steps, any one can learn how to make a ton of gold if they just attempt.  It couldn’t get any easier than how they have layed it out.

If you want to hit gold cap, you should definitely get WoW Schools now.  It got me gold capped, and it can you too.

Here’s my no holds barred review Hayden Hawke’s Leveling Secrets.  If you’re wanting to check out the official site, where she reveals how she leveled to 80 in just 2 day and 20 hours and 39 minutes you can do that here.

In a recent survey of Wow players, 41% of players said Hayden Hawke’s Secret GOLD Guide was the best gold guide available.  The next guide had only 17% of the votes.  To say that Hayden Hawke creates top of the line guides is a bit of an understatement.

She makes the *BEST* guides.  Did you know that Questing isn’t the fastest way to level? Although new players can easily pick up this guide and level extremely fast, it was designed with the experienced player in mind.

Sticking to her “include all and be the best” style of guide, Hayden Hawke’s Leveling Secrets includes 4 leveling guides in 1.

They Include:

1-80 Solo Leveling Guide

1-80 AoE Leveling Guide

1-80 PowerLeveling Guide

1-80 Questing Guide

You can easily switch back and forth between guides as you level.

What I Didn’t Like

It’s not an in-game guide.  Though she does share with your several of the best free in-game addons.

What I Do Like

Videos -  Lots of videos showing you exactly what’s going on and how you’ll need to execute the tasks at hand.  These are better than any in-game style addon could provide.  This will teach you how to master your class, and pull in big exp while doing it.  Just do what’s done in the video…it can’t get any easier than that.

100% Money Back Guarantee.  I always like guarantees.

It’s focus is to help players of all levels.  This is nice because most leveling guides are based only for new players.  Hayden’s Hawke’s Leveling Secrets shows the fastest way to level using everything you have available as well.  Most of us leveling now days already have a main and just want to get an alt into raids as fast as possible…this is that way.

Unlike other in-game guides, this won’t violate Blizzard EULA.

Start Leveling Like a Maniac

If you’re ready to have a character leveled as fast as 2 days 20 hours and 39 minutes of /played time head over now and check out how easy it is using Hawden Hawke’s Leveling Secrets.

Here’s some gold farming tips that I use every time I go farming.  I don’t tend to go out farming quite as much as I used to.  Now days when I go out farming it’s to test an area to see how effective it is for farming.  I’ve already made a butt load of gold using the Hit Gold Cap in 7 Steps Guide.

The first thing you want to do is have a plan.  Make sure you know where you’re going, and what you’re there to loot.  But even more importantly make sure you’re farming something valuable for your server.  Every server’s economy is different.  So start off at the Auction House and do a scan of what items are currently selling for above average prices.  Then take a look in the Secret Gold Guide or whatever you use and see the best place to farm for that mat.

Next thing you want to do is empty your bags.  I know it sounds obvious, but Cpt. Obvious wears a cape!  I’ve forgotten to do this before, and it sucks.  Also if you’re new to the game, upgrade your bags to the biggest ones that you can afford as soon as you can.  You can save some gold buying the mats from the auction house and having a Tailor craft them for you.  Frostweave bags are pretty cheap now days on most servers.

The next thing I like to do is turn on some music.  Sometimes farming can get really boring, but music helps get you in the mood to kill kill kill, loot loot loot.  Another way that I’ve found to help with the boring battle of farming is to join the Looking for Group, or Random Battleground and get a break every now and then.

This works best if you’re a dps class, because your que times are horrible anyway.  Find a good mat, and grind while you wait on your dailies.  Get into a habit of doing it everyday.  It makes a lot more gold than daily quests, and after you do your dailies on one toon, you can switch to the next and do the same.  If you have a few dps classes you can easily bring in big gold just farming while you wait to do your daily heroic and bg.

There’s a lot of faster and easier ways to make gold though.  Like I said before I don’t ever grind anymore.  That’s because I’ve learned how to make a lot of gold with a lot easier methods that killing the same thing over and over again and again.  But not everyone knows about these methods.  If you follow the WoW School’s: Reaching Gold Cap.  It will show you everything you need to know to stop wasting your time with farming, and start really making some serious gold in just 7 steps.

Death Knight PVP to 80

October 30th, 2009

There’s a guild on my server called Leveled in AV.  I do a lot of pvp, but I never joined them or anything, though I see them in BGs a lot.

Then yesterday I saw a level 78 dk in AV who was in the Leveled in AV Guild.  The funny part was he was still wearing ALL of his original DK gear!

He had literally come straight out of the Death Knight starting zone, and started queing for battlegrounds.  I thought it was really cool.  I’m sure with his crappy gear he got owned a lot in the 70′s bracket.  But once he dinged 80 he would easily have enough honor and marks to redeem for most if not all of the pvp gear.

If you want to start a Death Knight for PvP, you should check out Death Knight PVP.

Choosing The Right Class

October 27th, 2009

When you’re new to the game, there is a lot of learning to do.  And you’ll often wonder to yourself if you’re “doing it right”.  One of the first main hurdles is choosing a class, so I’d like to give you some really good advice on what class you SHOULD roll.

A lot of time you’ll see people saying, “Just pick a class you like.”  But obviously if you knew about the classes you wouldn’t be asking the question!  So here’s an insider look at what someone who has been playing for a few years would recommend to a new player.

You want to choose a class that later in game you’ll have fun with, and if not you can change EVERYTHING about it.  With the recent addition of dual speccing at level 40, you can even have 2 characters in one if you choose the right one from the beginning.

First let me explain that in World of Warcraft there are certain rolls that you will be asked to play while in groups for dungeons, raids, and even in pvp.  The three roles are dps, healer, and tank.

The tank’s job is to hold aggro from a group of mobs, while the dps kills them, and the healer heals the group as necessary.

Some classes can be 2 or even 3 classes, and it’s these classes that will offer you a more diverse game play, and definitely add more to the game than a class who can only do one.

There are also over powered classes, so let’s start with them.  Right now Paladins, Druids, and Shamans are all OP.  Paladins, and Druids always have been, and Shamans have been since a recent patch.

Both Paladins and Druids make excellent tanks, dps, and healers.  I would consider either one of them to be the most well rounded fun classes to play.

Shamans and Priests are good for healing and dps.

Warriors and Death Knights make great tanks, and dps.

So which class should you roll?  I’d say any from this list would be an excellent choice.  But be prepared to “do your job” when the time is right.  If you have a healing class, heal.  If you have a tanking class, tank.  You’ll get into groups a lot easier, make more friends, and definitely enjoy the game a lot more.

Make sure once you choose your class to find out how to play that class.  10 minutes on google will teach you a tremendous amount of knowledge about how to make the most out of your class!

You read that right, and if you’re fast enough, you can probably break the 1,000 gold per hour mark with this really simple technique.

The way you’re able to make so much gold per hour killing such low level mobs is simple.  Daily Cooking Quests have encouraged more players to power level their cooking skills, so you’re going to collect the items that they need to power level their profession.

Here’s a video made by someone else showing you exactly where it is, and what to do.

The 3 items to collect…Crawler Meat, Crawler Claws, and Clam Meat.

Right now on my server Crawler Meat and Clam Meat are both selling for more than 1g each.  Of course your server will probably be different.  So just like before you do any major farming, check your Auction House to make sure the market isn’t already flooded.

Chances are not many people are farming this location, and even if you’re not a high level you can still 1 shot these mobs and make some serious gold this way.

WotLk Gold Guide

September 8th, 2009

Tired of gold guides that promise to be updated for Wrath of The Lich King, but then you don’t get any up to date techniques?  The writer of this secret gold guide was.  So she put together her own guide and is taking the Wotlk Gold Guide community by storm.

While it’s especially helpful to veteran players, anyone can pick up this guide and quickly start making gold. A large section of the guide is dedicated to secret techniques that players of any level can achieve.  There’s even separate sections designed with character levels in mind.

Started after the release of The Wrath of The Lich King expansion pack, this a WotLk Gold Guide goes beyond what is expected of a gold guide, and truly delivers more than what it promises.

Think Auctioneer is the only addon you need to make gold? Maybe before the new expansion. But things in the game are changing drastically. Even the way gold is made.

No, I’m not talking about running the same quest a million times over to make gold, I’m talking about a new WotLk Gold Guide that’s breaking the gold guide standards!

Hayden obviously is the kind of person who thinks outside the box, and is very detail oriented. Highly organized, and easy to reference come to mind after I realize the cutting edge new techniques she’s teaching. While it covers every aspect you can think of to make gold, she also has many NEW TECHNIQUES that even got this old pro making a several extra gold, and changed the way I do everything in the auction house!

—> CLICK HERE TO VISIT A TRUE WOTLK GOLD GUIDE <—

But look, this isn’t just Auction House tricks, she goes into detail on literally every tip related with making gold.. From maps for gathering professions, details for making gold with crafting professions, farming maps, dailies, before level 80 gold making, and even a leisure section that’s just some extra ways to make gold having fun, plus more.

It doesn’t take long after opening this guide to see why it is The Best WotLk Gold Guide, if you aren’t learning what she’s teaching, then you are going to be falling behind drastically.. and days weeks even years from now you’ll probably still be wondering how other players make so much gold, have the best mounts, gear, maxed professions, expensive in game toys and more.

Searching the internet for this info would take you years.  And most of it, you will never find in any forum, posting, or have anyone share with you.  Think someone is going to tell you how they make gold?  Then you’d be their competition.  Save your time by letting someone give you all their secrets from a legitimate Wotlk Gold Guide.

A lot of gold is made by using behind the scenes techniques with huge profits.  The only thing standing in your way is that you haven’t learned from Hayden Hawke, so click on the link below to see her site now.  It’s the best choice you can make when looking for a Wotlk Gold Guide, I guarantee that.

No doubt mining and herbalism are two of the most profitable professions in World of Warcraft.

And if you buy a gold guide like the secret gold guide, then you’ll no doubt have tons of maps and secret locations just for gathering.

No matter if you’re using a wotlk gold guide or not, one tool that is extremely important to have is that Gatherer Addon.

It will keep track of every location that you(or guide/partied players) collect from.  So the next time you’re somewhere, and you’re about to run your “laps” you can take a look on your mini map and see exactly where you have collected and go straight there.

Of course if someone else has recently mined or picked that location, then it won’t be there!  You can get the Gatherer Addon here.

If you need help, you can check out my post to help you Install WoW Addons.

As one of the few guides created after The Wrath of The Lich King, I had high hopes for this guide, but once I opened it up, I had a bit of a shock.

Look, I’ve read every World of Warcraft guide there is, and for one to stand out like  Hayden Hawke’s Secret Gold Guide does is truly amazing.  Not only does it promise to teach you everything you need to know about making gold, it goes way beyond that, into great detail on every aspect of making gold that you can think of. Plus it was created after the Wrath of the Lich King, so these techniques work NOW.

Like I said, I’ve read every gold guide there is about World of Warcraft, and the amount of rehashed, old, unreliable crap is unreal. There are guides out there telling you to farm mageweave from ogres in blasted lands…oh by the way if you have the Burning Crusade Expansion, Uldaman is there now!

So I wanted to put this guide to the test before I got excited by the organization and easy to understand layout. Or any of the 7 of the bonuses… I’ve seen flashy sales pages that never delivered, and if I was going to write a review on this guide I wanted to truly test it out.  And see if it is as good as I have heard.

A few months back, I got tired of my realm, and re rolled onto another, so this would be the perfect time for me to try out a new gold guide.

I started with a low level 30 priest, so I wouldn’t have an unfair advantage over other new players.

I liked the idea that she shows you, and explains to you in great detail exactly where to go at your level to make some gold, that paid off really well several times.

Her main gold guide goes into deep detail on the auction house, controlling markets, profitable items, addons(not auctioneer surprisingly) and a bunch more that I guarantee will make you money.

I considered myself fairly educated in auction house techniques, but she really opened my eyes to a lot more possibilities, and a whole lot more profitabilities. Several of her ideas are “outside the box” and every one of them that I tried was a success.

The guide itself is over 220 pages long, and the bonus guides are an extra 150 of addition gold tips. Professions, Fishing, and a few others you’ll have to see on your own to believe.

But most importantly, what I’m sure you’re wondering is how much gold did I make? Well this past weekend, I made over 8,000 gold. And that’s just from one weekend!

In total I’ve brought in a little over 24,000 gold with the stuff I’ve learned from her guide. Does it work? Hell ya. Will buying it make you extremely rich? Not if you don’t do what she says.

Will she show you everything you need to know? She does.

Look, you could sit around online all day wondering why you’re broke. Search online for hours trying to find a few good ways to make gold and they MIGHT be up to date…maybe. Or you could cut the crap, get the guide, and get some gold already.

I’ve been there and done that, and no other purchases that you’ll make will be a better idea than this gold guide. And I guarantee you can’t find a better gold guide anywhere!

If you need gold, you need this guide. That’s all there is to it.

Lunar Festival Guide

January 24th, 2009

Lunar Festival started today, and runs til Thursday Feb 12.  It seems that there’s a lot of confusion about where to get tokens and what to do, so I wanted to help out here by explaining for all of you.

In each major city in Azeroth you’ll find revelers surrounded by light.  Its here that you can complete your first two Achievements, and get your first token.  An Elder should be near by with your first token, and then you can also complete Frenzied Firecracker Achievement and The Rocket’s Red Glare.

Frenzied Firecracker
Shoot off 10 Festival Firecrackers in 30 seconds or less
Buy 10 Festival Firecrackers from the vendor, place em in your action bar, and fire off ten in 30 seconds…pretty easy.

The Rocket’s Red Glare
Shoot off 10 Red Rocket Clusters in 10 second or less
Easier than the first, just buy 10 from a vendor, and right click 10 of ‘em til you get it.

You should have also completed the quest here for throwing 8 Clusters and 2 small rockets.  After that you’ll recieve a ticket to Moonglade, just open it inside the light to be teleported.  Mount up and run north to Nighthaven.  There you’ll find Valadar Starsong, who completes a quest and gives you another for the Achievement, Elune’s Blessing.

Elune’s Blessing

Defeat Omen and receive his blessing
Join a group or raid for this quest.  Chances are once you get there it’ll be a big gank fest, but it doesn’t matter who kills him, just as long as he dies.  Once he’s dead there will be a white light on his body, walk into the light to receive the blessing.  Run back to Valadar Starsong to turn in the quest and get the Achievement.

Lunar Festival Finery

Purchase a Festival Suit or Dress with Coins of Ancestry
Also completed here, but first you’ll need 5 coins, and you’ll probably only have 1 or so.

You will have already complete A Coin of Ancestry, and the next is 5 coins of Ancestry.
All you have to do is find an Elder, and talk to them to get the coin.  There is no level requirement, but some are in Northrend dungeons, so if you’re trying to get all 75 coins for the Elder title, you’ll want to be level 75 or higher.
The Achievements are:
Elders of Eastern Kingdoms
Elders of Kalimdor
Elders of the Alliance
Elders of the Horde
Elders of Dungeons
Elders of Northrend

If you want all the cords and locations of all the Elders, wowwiki has it here

-If that doesn’t work, get a program called WowMatrix, it will let you install the .exe files that your Mac hates.

Troubleshooting
-Some Addon files are in an extra folder, so if they aren’t working…
-Go to the Addon you’re downloading inside the Interface-Addons file
-Open the Addon you’re downloading, use the folder in there

Example:
If Auctioneer isn’t working right, and you followed the steps as described here, go to your Program Files/WorldofWarcraft/Interface/Addons
In here you’ll see the Auctioneer Folder.  Open this folder, and use the Auctioneer Folder inside.  Open it first and make sure it has several files, if so it’s the folder you’ll need to place in the Addons Folder.

Getting Geared at 80

January 17th, 2009

If you’ve recently hit 80 or are coming up on it soon, you’ll should start deciding what gear you want to get and how you’ll get it.  If you want to take a look at ALL the gear go to wowarmory.com and do a search for the weapon/armor or whatever that you’re looking for.

The best way to do a search at wowarmory is to go to the ITEMS tab at the top… select the category of items that you want to search…  then on the next screen click on the SHOW ITEM FILTERS tab, which will allow you to narrow the field for gear that’s just right for your character.

It will show ALL the gear available, so make sure you narrow it down to class, and level.  So if you’re looking for twink gear for a 29 hunter, do a search for Hunter, levels 20-29, pvp gear, and any specific item you may be looking for.

You’ll notice when you do a search for the level 80 gear, that it will show you all the best gear first, the Naxxramas raid drops.  But you can’t exactly go running into Naxx right away, so head down the last few pages, and start looking at what you can get your hands on.  If you’re big in pvp, chances are you’ll still want to get some decent gear before you save up enough for good pvp gear.

First do a search for the crafted items, a lot of crafted items will be a big upgrade from your leveling/instance gear that you currently have.

Then one of the best ways to start getting gear is by Championing Reputation for faction rewards.  The idea here is simple.  Look at the factions below, and find some gear upgrades that you’d like to work for, then purchase a tabard from that faction.  Start doing the daily quests for the faction, and anytime you’re running a level 80 instance with their tabbard on, you’ll receive rep for them and not the “instance’s faction”

Wrath of Lich King Factions:
Argent Crusade
Kalu’ak
Kirin Tor
Knights of the Ebon Blade
Sons of Hodir
Wyrmrest Accord

From here I’d say start getting into Heroics, and then Raiding.  It’s a lot easier to squeeze into Heroics earlier if you’re DPS, but if you’re a tank or healer, you’ll want to spend a little more time getting the gear that you need to be better at what you’re doing.  But no matter what role you are if the rest of the group is strong enough, and knows about your weakness, you can easily be carried through most Heroics to start getting you gear.

Usually Guildies don’t have a problem helping you through a few Heroics to get you geared.  But I’ve ran quite a few Pick Up Groups like this to get gear as well… after all, it is just a game.

How to Recruit for a Guild

January 12th, 2009

If you’ve decided that running a guild is the best option for you, first let me say congrats and good luck!  Running a guild can be one of the most rewarding things you ever do in game.

But getting started can be hard if you’re not sure how to get players to join your new guild.  If players join and nothing is going on, players will get bored and leave.  If they join and it’s just you buggin the crap out of them they’ll leave.  And even if your doing everything right and there’s a bunch of people, players will still leave the guild.

Don’t worry about people leaving, it happens all the time and it’s no biggy.  Maybe they want to start their own guild, or maybe they’re helping someone else get one started, or maybe your guild just wasn’t right for them.

Having real life friends who you play with online is the easiest ways to get it going fast.  The more people you have helping you recruit new people the faster your guild will grow, and the easier it will be to operate.

There will be plenty of jobs for leaders in the guild.  You may have some people who just like to invite new people and help them out, some may like running low level players through instances.  As your guild comes together you’ll start to get to know the people, and how they make the guild better.

Your best guildies should be promoted and let them know that you appreciate what they do for the guild.  A simple thanks to someone can really go a long way.  You’ll want to make each person feel like they’re part of the guild, and get to know as many of them as you can.

Make sure you have atleast 1 guild bank tab, preferably 2 place some greens and mats in there, and then start recruiting.

Some of the best things you can do offline are set up a website, and get vent chat. You can set up a free guild website at places like  guildportal.com and guildlaunch.com both are free, and easy to get set up.

There’s about 3 websites that can set you up for vent chat.  It does cost a little every month for the service, but if this is an issue for you, you may find someone in the guild who’s willing to do it for the guild.  The best place I’ve found instantventrillo.com has the best customer service as well.

Next, you’ll want to start finding people.  There’s a ton of ways to do this, but one of the easiest has always been finding people using the Who Is tool, and aren’t in a guild.  Then sending them a message with a little invite to your guild.  Something like, “Hey <MyGuild> is a leveling guild for players of all levels.  We have a website, vent chat, and do a lot of dungeon runs, if you’re interested let me know.”  This simple approach will be one of the easiest, and most effective.

Recruiting in trade chat is always a good way to get people as well.  Just don’t spam it every 5 seconds!  Saying something every 5 or 10 minutes is effective enough, and should get a few people whispering you wanting to know more about your guild.

But trade chat, and asking people that you meet in game isn’t the only way, and shouldn’t be the only way that you find people.  One of my favorite ways that I have found is by looking for people on the world of warcraft forums.  There’s a guild forum, and you can recruit there.

I once did a re-roll post on the world of warcraft forum, and had about 25 people ready to come and re-roll into a leveling guild!  But the most important thing that you can do if you want a guild, is get started now.  Don’t expect to have 500 people in a week.

Anything good takes time, so be patient, consistent, and have fun with the people that are in your guild.  After all, it is a game, enjoy it.

Starting a Guild

January 11th, 2009

Guilds are for players, and created by players.  If you can’t find any guilds on your server that you really like, or if running a guild sounds like something you’d enjoy, you can form your own.  Of course before you do there’s a few things you’ll need to know before you get started.

One of the most important things you’ll need to understand is that running a guild can be challenging to get started, and stressful to operate.  But running a fun guild full of people you like has it’s advantages, and can be very exciting.

The first thing you’ll need is to do is speak to a Guild Master in one of the major cities.  You’ll need to ask how to start a guild, and pay the 10 silver for a guild charter, as well as decide on the name that you’d like to have for your guild.

The guild charter will be a page placed in your inventory that you’ll need to get 10 signatures on before your guild can be formed.

Ideally you should already have 9 other players ready to sign your charter, but if not you’ll simply need to find some.  Something that works well is to offer 1g or 2g for people to sign it.  It usually gets a few takers in a main city, and afterwards you can head down to one of the starting areas and find people that are just starting, the 1g or 2g will be a lot more to them.

After your guild charter is signed by yourself and 9 others, you’ll need to go back to the Guild Master to create your guild, and also your guild tabbard.

You’ll also now have access to the guild tab in the social screen.  In the tab you’ll be able to change the names of member ranks, set the limits of what each rank is capable of doing, write daily messages and a lot more. The best way to get to know this area is to go there and check it out, it’s easy to understand.

But this is far from the end, it’s just the beginning of starting a guild.  You’ll still need to set the limits/rules for your guild, recruit players, choose captains, remove bad players, set up events, and every once and a while enjoy the game, lol.

Should I join a Guild?

January 10th, 2009

What makes a good guild?  Are all guilds the same?  What type of guild should you join?  If you’ve been wondering if you should join a guild or not, this should help answer some questions for you.

Guilds have a couple of different purposes, but most are a collection of players who play together and help eachother out in game.  Some of the most popular types of guilds you’ll notice are the Leveling Guilds, Raiding Guilds, Twink Guilds, and Banker’s Guilds.

If you’re new to the game and wondering if you should join a guild, I would definitely recommend it.  Guilds offer a good opportunity to meet new players, find people for a dungeon or group quests, and anything else you may need another player for.  You’ll also find that guildies are a little nicer to new players if you have questions about the game.

If you’ve ever asked a general question in general or trade chat, chances are you got a few smart ass comments and no real help.  Or possibly whispered by someone who didn’t want to answer in the chat.  But in a guild chat, people try to be more helpful.

So what type of guild should you join?  Well if you’re a newer player and leveling your first character, or several characters, I’d recommend a leveling guild.  There usually isn’t any requirements to get in, and you’re likely to find several players around your level who will run instances, and possibly quest with you.

You’ll also find several of the higher level players who like to do instance runs for lower level players, allowing you some free exp while you hang out, away from the aggro.  On several occassions after doing a guild run through a low level instance, if I know the person is a new player leveling their first character I’ve given them 20 to 50 gold and had my tailor send them a few Netherweave Bags.  Just as a way to welcome the new player to the game and to the guild.

Of course not all guilds are full of helpful people and if you find yourself in one, leaving is as easy as typing /gquit

One of the easiest ways to find a good guild is to go into any major city and in trade chat (/2) LF a large leveling guild.  And you should get a few people recommending you join their guild.  Ask how many people they have, because if you’re wanting a good guild, you want there to actually be some people in it!  A few hundred should do the trick.

After you’ve leveled to 80 you may decide that you want to switch to a raiding guild, at which point you’ll want to ask around on your server and find out what requirements the raiding guilds have.  Or you may decide that you really like the guild that you’re in and you want to stay there, helping new players, and leveling more of your own characters.

After a long day of leveling or running instances, a lot of people enjoy jumping on a twink and doin a few BGs.  If you have a twink I wouldn’t recommend having it in your leveling guild, but instead in one of the twink guilds.  Often times the twink guilds will have certain gear/stats requirements before you join, and most are more than happy to help you aquire the items you’ll need.

Battle Grounds are a lot more fun when you’re in a twink guild, because you’ll all learn how each other play, work together and just dominate the competition.

There are several advantages to joining a guild than I’ve gone over here, like participating in guild chat, websites, and most importantly lasting friendships.  To really learn about the advantages of joining a guild, give it a try.  If you find yourself in a guild of duche bags, just do a /gquit and find another.

First Player to Level 80

December 1st, 2008

In only 27 hours time played after the release of Wrath of the Lich King, Nyhm, a warlock playing on the European Hand of A’dal server, has won the title of the world’s first level 80.

He used a set route, and strategy for grinding locations that he developed while playing in beta, and shares one of his best grinding locations.  In the Grizzly Hills in the crypt in Drakil’ji Ruins, the mobs are nuetral, and respawn about every thirty seconds.

He told MMO Champion, “I also had to optimize my downtimes and decided to level with a healer out of party, Pavelomm was nice enough to spend the last 27 hours healing me without taking any XP and he obviously played a huge role in the process.”

Other players had made the claim to fame before Nyhm, but were banned for using bots.  So Nyhm is the first legit level 80, in only 27 hours.

Obviously grinding through all of Blizzard’s new content couldn’t have been the most compelling experience, but none the less, you have to admire the pure dedication that he put into it.

Using the New Auctioneer

November 17th, 2008

If you’ve been using the Auctioneer Classic version, you may be really let down with the newest release of the Auctioneer Addon.  I used to just go into the the post tab, drop in my items, they would auto undercut by 5%, and I just posted that way.  A lot of people have done it that way.

With the new release though, the post tab lost all it’s mojo.  The 5% undercut, and listing fee are gone, and it just looks bad.  So what are we all to do?

Is Auctioneer useless now?

No, the good news is that Auctioneer is still very useful, it just needs to be set up and configured.  I found a really good article  explaining it at http://wiki.norganna.org/Adaptation_from_Auctioneer_Classic_to_Auctioneer_Advanced

Pretty much instead of using the old post tab, everything is done in the Appraiser Tab.  It’s a little different, and I still prefer the old method, but this new method is still better than manually researching everything.

If you want to keep the 5% undercut, go to the Configure Button at the top right corner of the Auction House Window.  On the left are several menus for configuration.  Go into the Match Modules, then Undercut.  The third slider bar is how much you want to undercut by…and the top bar is how low you’ll go.

A few other things you might want to do, on the upper left section it has Show: Hidden and Auctions.  Uncheck Auctions.

At the top to the left of the Configure Button is a Simple View tab, which so far is the only place I’ve found to see how much it costs to list the item.

If you’re listing a stack of Netherweave, the price in the middle of the screen will be per piece, and the total price is listed on the right side bar.  If the side bar isn’t open, it’s the third tab at the top right of the window.

If you’ve been using the Advanced Auctioneer for a while, this may seem really basic to you, and maybe you could even add a few pointers to all of us who have been using the Classic for so long.

You’re 70, Now This

October 23rd, 2008

When Patch 3.0 came out, it brought a lot of changes with it.  Some as big as new professions, and being able to completely change your appearance at the Barber Shop.  Other changes have made a difference in how gear is specced.  But one of the most exciting additions is the new Acheivement section.

Chances are, you’ve gone to the section already, and looked through tons and tons of Acheivements that you can unlock.  Some being as easy as tasting some food, or using a toothpic to harder Achievements like taking out Heroic Bosses, and completing Raids.

If you’ve noticed the shift of Blizzard applying it’s game to more casual players, you can see how this is a great tool that they’ve set up to keep casual players going long after their journey to 70.  I’m sure you’ve wondered it before, seen it asked, or maybe even asked it yourself.

The question everyone thinks at one point or another…I’m 70…now what?

Blizzard took all the guess work out of it, and has defined the end game.  My question to you is… what do u think is going to be the hardest Achievement for you to unlock?

Inscription Is Here!

October 23rd, 2008

With the recent release of patch 3.0 there’ve been a lot of new changes.  Acheivements, barber shop, and the new profession Inscription being the 3 biggest.

I’ve been sharing that a great way to make money off the new profession is selling Herbs to people who are powerleveling their Inscription.  And that’s still a great way to make a lot of easy gold.  Hopefully if one of your professions is Herbalism, you’ve been collecting for a while, and are now profitting.

But what if you want to make even more gold, and get to enjoy the new profession.  Well selling the Inscriptions Glyphs is a BIG hit, and very profitable.  The sooner you can get your Inscription maxed out, and start collecting the rare glyphs, the more you’ll be able to make.

If you’re one of the first on your server you’ll be able to set your own price, requiring any where from 20g to 200g tip!  I’ve seen it done in the last few days, and now you’ll be able to do the exact same thing…. IF you take action now.

This isn’t the kind of tip you can sit on for a few months.  A few months from now you’ll be hearing about how people have made thousands of gold in just a few hours, and if you don’t take action, you’ll be the one hearing, and not telling the stories.

Look, you know I’m all about making things easy, and having other people do all the hard work for me.  Thats why I have some really good news about Inscription that’s going to take all the hard work out of it for you.

This week I stumbled across the only guide that shows you how to level your Inscription to 375, plus when Lich King comes out, it’s going to be automatically updated!  This guy is playing in the beta, and writing all these guides right now.  There’s no other place you can get your hands on this info, it’s golden knowledge.

It also shows how to power level all 14 professions, including which recipes to craft, maps of where to collect all the materials you need, what companion profession to choose, and the best ways to make gold with each profession.

Here’s some of the things you’ll get
* All 14 Professions Covered from 1-375
* Inscription is now completed for the 3.0.2 patch!
* Farming Maps to Show you exactly where to get what you need
* Complete list of recipes you need to use to level all professions
* Material “Farming Lists” for all professions. Know what you need before you start!
* 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
* Instant Access to the guide after purchase.

To learn more about Penn’s Inscription Guide,
visit his site here.

Being the first to level Inscription will obviously make you a lot of gold.  But Penn’s Profession Guide is going to show you how to do a lot more than that.  Just having all the needed materials in one place, is such an awesome way to go grind for some of the rare items and make a lot of gold in a short time.  It will even help you with all of the other professions, and help you choose what makes the most gold with each profession.

This guide is a definite must have.  To learn more visit his site here .

Like most people, when I start on a realm I want more than one character.  I’ll have a good DPS, a tank, a healer, a twink, and a coke mule….no wait…ah mule…either way he’s the one with all the loot.

So what’s a good toon for grinding?  I hear this question a lot, and there’s no real BEST class.  But there are some that are better than others.

So before we look at what I’d consider some of the best, let me first point out why some aren’t good.  You’ll want to be able to kill mobs, loot and move on as fast as possible.  So any class that you have set aside for healing won’t be a very efficient, so we can rule them out.

After we rule them out there’s a lot of characters that you could use for grinding, and some are a little better than others, but pretty much any class can grind.

But if you’re rolling simply for the purpose of a good grinder there’s a few you should seriously look at.

Warlocs and Hunters are two of the most favorable grinding classes.  Their solo play style will allow you to solo instances that you couldn’t with other classes, so you’ll be able to grind higher instances, and make more gold if you’re an instance grinder.

Rogues are another really good option, especially if you’re an enchanter.  Once you’re grinding instances you’ll be able to stealth in to the boss, kill em, and Disenchant the item.  This is a method that several players are able to make up to 600g an hour!  Druids are also able to use this technique.

Mages and Palladins are a few of my favorite, for their AOE.  It’s not only good for running guildies through instances, but there are several instances that they can do in one pull…and then taking longer to loot than it took to take the whole thing down.

So what’s the BEST?  What do I recommend?  I’d say roll a toon that you’ll enjoy playing, and make the gold the best way that class can.  Even if you prefer to have a healer as your main, there’s still a lot of ways that you can make gold.

What do u think are the best classes for grinding?

I just pre-ordered WotLK

October 12th, 2008

Yay for me!  I just pre-ordered WotLK, and I’ll be getting it in the mail.   I just wanted to let everyone know that if they don’t wanna be standing outside a Best Buy at midnight on a cold November night, but they still want to be the first to get it… Then just pre-order it online at amazon.

It’s the same price as you’d pay at any store, and you don’t have to go get it.  I love being lazy.

So if you want to pre-order a copy just Visit the Site

Let’s Make Macros!!

October 7th, 2008

What’s a Macro you ask?

Macros are scripts that allow several actions to be customized into one button that can be used just like an ability or spell.  So if you can easily use 2 or 3 commands with one button.  You can even change from one set of armor to another in your bags…with just one button, plus more.  There’s a lot of really cool things you can do with macros

They save a lot of time, and make it possible for you to multi-task while you’re in battle.  Ever wondered how that one guy could be killing a mob and chatting at the same time…he was probably using a macro.

How do I Make a Macro?

Creating Macros is pretty easy.  Once you do one, you’ll get the hang of it.  Macros have their own screen,  so access it by typing /macro or /m or by clicking on the computer in the lower section of your screen, and then clicking on the Macros Button.  You can also get there by pressing Esc and then hitting the Macros Button.  I prefer clicking on the computer(the same one as when you logout).

At the Bottom of the Macros Screen click New, and a window will appear on the right, this will be your Macro’s Icon.  So try to pick something that will help you think of what you’re putting on it.
Then Name it at the top, again name it something that will remind you of it.  Use abbreviations if possible, it’ll only show so much of your name on the icon.  Click the Okay Button, and the icon has been created.

Next you’ll need to add Macro Script in the Macro Command Area and you’ll have your Macro.  Make sure if you’re putting in an ability or spell that it is spelled exactly how it is in your spellbook.  The easiest way to do this is to open your spell book and Shift Click the spell/ability you want to go into the macro.

You can do more than use abilities and spells with your macros.  Equiping an item or using an item can be acheived as well.  Once again your items must be spelled exactly as they appear, Shift Clicking will save lots of headache.  If you’re attempting a macro with an item that has a “use” effect like a trinket, the macro will automatically equip it if it’s not already equiped.
/use inventory slot will let you use an item that you have equiped.  Trinkets are the most common for this, slots 13 and 14.  For Instance you could use a trinket in your macro by using /use 14.

You can also do this with items that are in your bag.  Each bag in your “bag slots” is identified by 4,3,2,1, and 0 from left to right.  0 being your backpack.  Each slot in your bag also has a number 1-16 or more.  Starting in the upper left 1,2,3,4 on the first row 5,6,7,8 on the second row and so on.  When you type in two numbers seperated by a space you’re telling the macro to use bag X spot Y.  For example /use 0 16 could be your favorite trinket, food, water or whatever in your backpack bottom right corner.

A macro can also equip an item by name.  Shift Click for the best results as they must be spelled exactly in all Macros.  /equip will put an item into its default spot.  Or if it’s a ring or trinket, just like in the game when you try to right click two different rings in your back, they’ll equip to the same finger and only one will be there.  Macros simplify this process by using the slot number to identify where it needs to go.  So /equip slot 12 Ring of Saviors,  and your ring will be placed on finger 2.

What are the Slots?

So you’re ready to use a macro to equip an item and you need to know where to equip it.  Below is the list of the Number and the Slot which it represents.

0 = ammo
1 = head
2 = neck
3 = shoulder
4 = shirt
5 = chest
6 = belt
7 = legs
8 = feet
9 = wrist
10 = gloves
11 = finger 1
12 = finger 2
13 = trinket 1
14 = trinket 2
15 = back
16 = main hand
17 = off hand
18 = ranged
19 = tabard

Double check the list to make sure you get it right, at first glance it seems like they’re in some sort of easy to understand organization, haha.  That’s just not the case.

What about Spells & Abilities?

Just like with every other macro, exact spelling is key.  I really hope you’re getting the idea to Shift Click them.  Ok keeping it simple a spell can be cast using /cast spell name.  /cast Fireball will shoot a Mage’s Fireball.  The macro will automatically pick up the highest rank that you have for it.
If you’re using a spell between for cooldown time that is an “auto shot” you must stop the spell with /stopcasting. You DO NOT have to have the name of the spell here, just /stopcasting.

So you might be using…

/use wand
/stopcasting
/cast Fireball

And that’s the just of setting up macros.  It may seem a little confusing at first, but all we do is open up the macros window, choose an icon, and place some script on it to let it know what it should do.  So hopefully if you’re not using macros yet, this will get you started.

Are Addons Safe?

September 30th, 2008

Will Blizzard ban me for using addons?

Will I get some virus from downloading addons?

They’re FREE! Are they too good to be true?

These are just a few of the thoughts that went through my mind, the first time I heard about addons.  I like World of Warcraft, and I definitely didn’t want to get caught up in something so stupid that it got my account banned.  I’m a very cautious person.

Plus I NEVER download unknown files on my computer, I’m really anal about that.  I’ve had viruses wipe a computer before, and it’s a real pain getting it all back!  I knew I didn’t want to go through that again.

So I asked everyone I could find in-game, and even on several forums.  They all said the same thing.  Blizzard approves of addons, and if you use Curse.com you’ll have nothing to worry about.

Okay, sounds great, Blizzard approved…but how could I be sure? Well what did it for me was the fact that when reading the download instructions at Curse.com I learned that you open up your World of Warcraft files, and just put the Addon in…the Addon File!  Blizzard made an Addon File!  So obviously they’re cool with it, if not it’s all their fault for making that file, lol.

But what about these Curse people, why should I trust them? Well besides the fact that about 90% of people I asked referred me there, and told me they got their addons there.  They also have a policy on their website about testing each and every file before releasing it to the public.  If it has a virus, it never makes it out.  Plus, look at how many people have downloaded it, just in one day! (it says for each on the site)

So I went for it.  I pulled up my panties and quit cryin. I downloaded Quest Helper and Auctioneer from Curse…

Holy Crap Son!  If you haven’t started using addons yet, let me be the first to say, HA HA!  Seriously though, they rock, and you’re missing out on the game being 10 times better.

Using the Quest Helper Addon, when you accept a quest it will show you on your map exactly where to go, what to kill, and what to collect for that quest.  Then it will show you where to turn the quests back in…and even connect the dots for the best path…atleast what it thinks is the best path…I usually don’t follow the dotted line though.

The Negatives of Quest Helper are that it unfortunately won’t tell you which quests to get and where they are, for that info you’ll need a guide like Zygor’s Leveling Guide.

Also, any time a patch comes out, Quest Helper has the tendency to lose it’s mind, so you have to go back and install it again.  But I recommend updating all your addons every patch regardless.

Overall if you’ve only been playing for less than…2 years and know where EVERY quest is completed at…or you’re not using Zygor’s Guide, then you’d be a fool not to use Quest Helper, or a similar Addon.

Auctioneer was the other Addon I got, and was the main reason that I was going to get the addons.  I wanted to make a lot of gold like the guides like Warcraft Wealth, Warcraft Millionaire, and every other gold guide I’ve used talked about.  They all say that you have to use the Auctioneer addon if you’re serious about making gold.

And they’re right!

It simplifies the whole Auction House process so much, and helps you realize what items in your bags are worth 1g and what’s worth 2 silver.  So when your bags are full from all that questing, you can see what to keep and what to toss, if anything.

But more importantly it streamlines your AH usage.  Instead of wondering what you should sell and item for, it shows you what the going price on YOUR SERVER is!

When you go to sell and item, Auctioneer searches the AH and shows you all the items like yours that are currently listed. Then tells you if you can undercut by 5%, or if the other sellers are already too low.  So no more guessing on what to sell for, or even if you should sell at all.

You can even do a search for all the best deals available from people who listed their items too low.

The Negatives to Auctioneer… there aren’t many, and really the only complaint that I have is a temporary problem when first starting.  You have to collect data from your Auction House for about a weak before you can really count on the information that it’s giving you for items.

It goes off what items are listed at on your server, so idiots selling a mining pick for 799 gold, will throw items off.  As will people selling items worth hundreds of gold for only 20 or 30.  So be careful, and if you have a rare item, do some research first.

Also when listing an item like a pair of level 56 cloth wristguards…do a search and see what other items similar to yours are selling for.  Auctioneer will only show you if the exact pair is listed, and under cut it.

So to sum it all up, yes Addons are completely 100% Blizzard approved, and as long as you’re getting them from a site like Curse.com who has a good solid reputation for providing an awesome free product.

Top 5 Tips for Noobs

September 28th, 2008

If you’re brand new to this game, one of the first things you may have noticed while learning how to play is that there is an incredible amount of information that’s not in the manual!

Well in the next few minutes I’m going to show you the basic ways to start making gold, so u never have to run around not able to afford a mount, training, or equipment upgrade.  You’ll also get some valuable information for the game that you won’t find in the manual.

#1                                                                                                                                                      Generally what I do when I start a new character is get to level 10 before I pick my two professions. Assuming you’re there now and this is your first character you should choose Skinning, and either Mining or Herbalism. If this is your first character on a new server I would recommend mining, as it will make better gold at lower levels than herbalism can.

Now just skin every beast you kill, and mine every mining gnode that you see…pretty simple :)

#2                                                                                                                                                                 As soon as you can… you need to buy large bags.   Start with 14 slot Runecloth bags, they’re the best deal for the price, then upgrade to 18 slot Imbued Netherweaves when you can. The more bag space you have the more gold you can make!

#3                                                                                                                                                                  If you want to make gold, then you’ll have to use the Auction House.  If you’re not sure where it’s at, you can ask a guard in a major city like Orgimmar, Under City, Stormwind, or Ironforge.  The guard will tell you where it’s at, and give you a red flag on your map as well.

The Auction House is where you will be taking all of your consumable items, as well as weapons and gear that you can’t use, and you’ll sell them to other players in the game.  You can search through all the different categories for weapons, armor, and everything, then decide a good price for your item.  Make it slightly less than the others, so people will buy it first.

When I list items in the Auction House, I want to sell them fast, so I always give them a nice low price for the buyer, but not too low that I can’t make a profit.  The trick here is to use the Addon Auctioneer, I’ll cover it in more detail in the Addon tip.

#4                                                                                                                                                                       To get items for the Auction House, you can take them off the mobs that you kill while you’re playing, or once you have a few silver in your bag, you can start buying recipes and items cheap from vendors for a few silver, and sell them for 1g or more.

Tailoring and Enchanting recipes sell really well, but many of them can only be bought as a Limited Supply(1 at a time). But that’s good, because those LS items sell easily.

Running around your cities finding these guys can bring in 10 to 20 gold an hour, and you can do it at any level but with a guide like Warcraft Millionaire you can easily find all the ones that have profitable items, and not waste hours searching for them!

#5                                                                                                                                                                   Using these simple techniques will put you right where you need to be to learn the game, and shave a few months off your learning curve.  But this next tip is something that can shave probably a YEAR off your learning curve.  You’ll be able to level faster, and make more gold, I promise.

What I’m talking about is using 100% legal and safe, Blizzard approve Addons.  And the 2 that 90% of players use are Quest Helper and Auctioneer.

When you accept a Quest, Quest Helper will show you on your map where you should go, and what you should kill to accomplish your quest!  It’s quite possibly the MOST IMPORTANT Addon any new player MUST get, if they want to level their new character.

So when you’re out looting mobs, what’s worth some gold and what’s only worth a few copper?  What should you list your green items for in the Auction House?  Am I paying too much for things from the Auction House?  Auctioneer is the addon that answers all these questions.

It collects data from your servers economy, and helps you determine what you should keep, and what you should sell to a vendor, and when your bags are full, you can scroll over each item, check the price, and throw out the cheapest items.

It will also save you a LOT of time at the Auction House, by automatically showing you a price that is 5% cheaper than the competition.

Oh and did I mention these Addons are 100% FREE?  You don’t have to sign up, sign in, pay, or make out with a gnome!

Just go to Curse.com or click on the Auctioneer or Quest Helper links here to go straight to their download pages.
